Caius Chew is a Canadian Born Chinese artist working out of: Vancouver, B.C.

Through slow processes of creating and reflecting, Chew invites us to engage with the hidden awkwardness and beauty of ordinary experiences, emphasizing how these moments, when observed deeply, reveal rich narratives about who we are and where we come from.

Caius currently resides on the unceded territories of the xwməθkwəy̓ əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples.

In his daily life, he works to build systems and tools to simplify the act of making.
